When will I receive my order?
It takes us 1-2 working days to process your order, after which we will ship it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows: Spain: Between 2 and 4 working days. Portugal, between 3 and 5 working days. If, in exceptional cases, it has to be sent from the manufacturer, in France, 2 working days should be added.
Where is my order shipped from?
Normally, your order is shipped from Spain. In exceptional cases, from France.
Will I have to pay customs duties for my order?
There will be no customs duties to pay, as the country of dispatch and the country of receipt are both within the European Union.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet, what do I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you are going to be absent on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you are going to be. If the address is correct and the parcel is not at the post office, or at the carrier’s premises or with your neighbours, please contact us at the following e-mail address: email@example.com with your order number. If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to reship your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.
Pro tip: Your postcode is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received the wrong or damaged product, what do I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please email us at email@example.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order, we will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
You may return the product within 14 days from the date of the order. However, the refund will be made, once the integrity of the product packaging has been checked, on receipt of the returned product. The cost of returning the product from the customer to Mecarun will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the amount of the return.
Do you give money back?
We only offer refunds to customers who have decided to return their purchase, as reflected in the returns section above, or who receive faulty or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your article and we will find a solution.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
You can exchange it, but the return and shipping costs of the new product will be charged to the customer. The difference in the amount of the purchase will be charged by transfer to the company’s account, before sending the new product. If the amount of the new product is lower, the company will refund the difference to a bank account provided by the customer, once the corresponding shipments have been made.
It is not a common case, but it may happen that there is an error in the labelling of a product. If this is the case, please contact us at email@example.com within one week of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
